PRODUCTION TIME FOR AROMATHERAPY PRODUCTS

Please allow up to two weeks for us to prepare your order for shipment. We want you to have the freshest ingredients possible.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped to the address provided to us at the time you place your order. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We will absorb the reshipping costs if the error is ours. State tax will be charged on all orders where applicable.

You will receive a confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number when your order has shipped. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-15 business days after you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

FOR ORDERS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL

Sometimes unexpected things happen. If they do, please email us at Contact@DorianLynn.com to discuss either a refund or a re-shipment of the order.

RETURNS:

Because of the customized nature of some of our products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange on any customized aromatherapy items. Unopened aromatherapy items that have been purchased without customization may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Opened aromatherapy items that have been purchased without customization may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will replace any items that arrive damaged for reasons not due to our error. If you need to replace an item with the same item, send us an email at Contact@DorianLynn.com.

REFUNDS:

Any unopened, non-customized aromatherapy product returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a 100% Refund. All opened, non-customized aromatherapy items returned within 30 days of purchase will receive store credit. All customized aromatherapy products, either opened or unopened, are non-refundable. Refunds are considered on any item that arrives damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Contact@DorianLynn.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

REPLACEMENT SHIPPING:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach you may vary.

When there is an unexpected delay in us getting a shipment to you we will advise you by sending an email to the address you provided during the checkout process.
